MISSION AND VISION STATEMENT
Our mission is to provide better quality and safer care for adults with complex health care needs through the provision of professional, accessible, excellent, individualised health care support to enable clients to live an independent life in their own home environment.
We are a managed service that can supply nurses and support workers to people’s homes, hospitals and the community care services. We are Nurse led with over 30 years of experience in the NHS, private hospitals and community care. Our staff have experience in elderly care, neuro rehab, respiratory care, end of life care, postsurgical and medical care.
Our well trained and competent staff will strive to provide holistic person centered care for adults with mental health needs, complex health needs, learning disability in the Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire area.
We will aim to improve our service by listening to client and staff needs and learning from what we do.
We will also ensure our staff are supported in continuous development programmes and adequate compensation according to the market value, and needs logistics for staff to function appropriately.
